Bob Frost, Boys JV Community Coach

Coach Frost returns for a fifth season as a community coach for the JV Raiders.  He has been involved with lacrosse since he was a player at Swarthmore HS in PA and later at Washington & Lee University, where he was a four-year varsity player.  He also played with the Montgomery Lacrosse Club in Bethesda, MD, where he served as club president.

Coach Frost began serving as a lacrosse official in 1976, and has been actively involved as the Clinician and Rules Interpreter for officials in the NCAA.  He also served as an Observer of Officials for the USILA.  Coach Frost was one of four founding fathers of the Atlanta Lacrosse Foundation and the Atlanta Youth Lacrosse Club (from where high school lacrosse in Georgia evolved).  In 1995, he was named the Southeast Lacrosse Conference Man of the Year for his contributions to the game.

Coach Frost and his wife Margaret have three grown children and several grandchildren.
