Liz grew up in Wilmington, Delaware where she played Lacrosse for Tatnall High School. She continued to play on her College team in Washington, DC. In 2001 she helped establish the Walton High School girls Lacrosse program. She coached there for 3 years then left to help establish the East Cobb Girls Lacrosse middle school feeder program as well as the Walton Jr. lacrosse program. In 2007 Liz came back to Walton to coach the JV girl’s program. One of her fondest recent lacrosse memories was co-coaching the Georgia MS girl’s team that participated in the US Lacrosse Festival in Orlando in 2006.
